Manchester United has "no idea" when Paul Pogba is likely to return to action.

Pogba suffered a hamstring injury on Sept. 12th and has missed United's last 10 matches in all competitions. 

Jose Mourinho described the injury as a "long-term'' issue towards the end of last month.

"Again, I have no idea. Honestly," said Mourinho.

"I am not in control of his recovery process. He is not training with me. He is on individual work.

"For example, Marcos Rojo is working with me, with certain conditions, and I would expect him to be ready to play after the international break. I can predict that. But Paul, I have no idea.''

Harry Kane has been ruled out of Saturday's match at Manchester United and is also doubtful for next week's match in the Champions League against Real Madrid.

Kane injured his hamstring last week against Liverpool.

"We can't take the risk," Mauricio Pochettino said. "The doctor and medical staff made the decision to not take the risk. There is no sense in taking that risk and making the problem bigger."

Pochettino acknowledged his disappointment at being without the prolific forward but insisted it was "only a small issue."

"The players are not machines and it is so difficult to cope with international duty and playing every three days," he added. "It is not a big problem, only a small issue, but he is not going to play [on Saturday].

"We'll see after for Wednesday against Real Madrid."

Harry Kane could miss Saturday's match against Manchester United with a hamstring issue.

Kane suffered the injury in Sunday's 4-1 win over Liverpool in which he scored twice.

And asked by beIN Sports at Wembley if Kane is a doubt for Saturday, Pochettino said only, "we'll see," adding: "We need to assess the team, we were forced to rotate [tonight] for different reasons."

Spurs are level on points with United.

Jose Mourinho believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic could return in December.

Ibrahimovic is recovering from a torn ACL.

Mourinho said: “Zlatan is here, he’s working here and under our control. He’s working as you would expect so, so, so hard. But he’s not to be back in the next week or next couple of weeks. Do I believe he’ll be back in 2017? Yes, I do. But it’s just a feeling.”

Ibrahimovic re-signed with United in the summer.

N'Golo Kante left France's World Cup qualifier against Bulgaria with a muscle injury on Saturday.

Kante was holding his hamstring on his left leg when he was taken off 34 minutes in the game.

Kante has been ruled out for Tuesday's match.

The loss of Kante could be another injury blow to Chelsea, who are already without injured Alvaro Morata.

Marouane Fellaini may have suffered ligament damage in his knee during Belgium's 4-3 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Roberto Martinez suggested the injury was serious after the game, saying: "We are all worried about Fellaini. We fear that there's ligament damage." 

Fellaini had been suffering from an Achilles problem earlier this week but was named in the starting XI on Saturday afternoon.

Fellaini has been productive so far this season for Manchester United.

Manuel Neuer could be out at least six months but he remains hopeful of playing again this season.

Neuer was injured during training last month for a foot fracture that was initially expected to keep him out for the rest of 2017.

"There's tissue repair going on inside the foot, this can last up to six months," he told FC Bayern TV.

"It hasn't been an easy for me and I am longing to be back on the pitch."

Sergio Aguero will be out of action for six weeks after breaking a rib in a car crash.

"Kun [Aguero] can't leave his house, he can't get in or out of his car," Argentina doctor Donato Villani told TYC Sports after visiting the player in England. "To be honest, to me he didn't look good because he really wanted to be [with the national team]."

Aguero would miss City's Champions League match against Napoli on Nov. 1st and their Premier League match against Arsenal four days later based on that timeline.

Alvaro Morata is out up to six weeks with a hamstring injury.

Morata had scored six goals in seven Premier League matches for Chelsea. Morata suffered the injury 10 minutes before halftime of Chelsea's 1-0 loss to Manchester City on Saturday.

Antonio Conte suggested Morata’s withdrawal had been precautionary and an attempt to ensure he did not sustain a more serious complaint. 

Michy Batshuayi, the other recognised senior striker on the books after Diego Costa’s departure for £57 million last week, has scored five goals this season.
