Gareth Bale has been ruled out of Real Madrid's Champions League tie against Atletico Madrid with a calf injury.
Bale started Sunday's Clasico but came off with the injury. Tests have now shown a Grade 2 problem.
Bale has had 17 different injuries during his four seasons in Spain.
"[Bale] is the first one unhappy with what happened, but he told me he was at 100 percent, that the two training sessions before the game were perfect, with no problems at all," Zinedine Zidane said. "I trust everything my players tell me.
"Then this has happened. We cannot avoid it. The player wants to play. When you have a very long injury, when you return it is difficult. Maybe at the start you are good, but when you train every day you pick up another problem.
"It is not a big injury. We hope we have him back soon, before the end [of the season]."
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has suffered serious ligament damage in his right knee and is likely to be sidelined until January 2018 at the earliest.
Ibrahimovic suffered the injury in the Europa League on Thursday.
The injury has now placed doubt over the player's club future, with his United contract due to expire at the end of this season. It is unclear if United is under an obligation to honor the extended contract following his injury.
Ibrahimovic had been the subject of interest from MLS clubs LA Galaxy and LAFC.
Paulo Dybala suffered an ankle injury in Saturday's win by Juventus at Pescara.
Massimiliano Allegri is optimistic Dybala will be available for the second leg of Juve's Champions League tie against Barcelona. Dybala scored two goals in the first leg.
"Dybala took a blow, there is a distortion," Allegri said. "But, with four days to recuperate before Barcelona, you have to be optimistic."
Marc Bartra will be out approximately four weeks following his injuries in Tuesday's bus attack.
Bartra was hit by shrapnel as three explosions hit the bus.
Thomas Tuchel said on Thursday that "it looks like Marc Bartra will return to the team in four weeks. He'd like to play now already."
Bartra was the only player injured when windows in the bus shattered in the explosions.
Barta underwent operations on his arm and wrist.
