Julian Green Could Play Next Season In Premier League

Mar 25, 2015 12:21 PM

Julian Green may be sent by Bayern Munich on loan to a Premier League club next season.

Green has had a difficult season as Hamburg as manager Mirko Slomka was fired after one match and replaced by Joe Zinnbauer, who has barely used him.

The United States international was asked to play in Germany's fourth tier for Hamburg's reserve side after reportedly rejecting a move to 1860 Munich in January, but was later criticised for his attitude after making just the one appearance.

Zinnbauer himself has been fired and replaced by sporting director Peter Knabel.

"It's looking likely that he'll come back [to Bayern] at the end of the season and we'll have to sit together to find the best solution for him," Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is quoted as saying by Goal.

"He will probably need one more year at a club wherever -- in Germany or England, I don't know -- to show his quality and I believe he has that quality."

United Delays Decision On Radamel Falcao

Mar 5, 2015 12:59 AM

Manchester United are resolved to wait until May to decide whether their loan deal for Radamel Falcao will become permanent.

Falcao is on loan from Monaco.

Falcao has struggled for fitness and form during his time with United.

With the cost for United to take up their option to buy the Colombian set at £43 million, Falcao is effectively playing for his future at the club in the closing part of the season, with at least 12 games remaining – 11 in the Premier League plus Monday’s FA Cup quarter-final against Arsenal.
