Manchester United have signed Marcel Sabitzer on loan from Bayern Munich.

United moved for Sabitzer after Christian Eriksen was ruled out for at least three months with an ankle injury. 

"Marcel is a player that we have watched for a long time," Man United football director John Murtough said.

"The opportunity arose quickly, and we knew that he was someone with the ability and character to make an impact. He adds further quality to our squad and experience to the dressing room, and all of us are pleased to be welcoming him to Manchester United."

Bayern Munich is closing in on a loan move for Joao Cancelo of Manchester City.

Bayern wants the deal to include a buy option in the summer for €70 million. 

Cancelo's relationship with Pep Guardiola has broken down and he's keen to leave. Guardiola is open to letting Cancelo leave after being impressed with Rico Lewis' emergence and with Nathan Ake's performance at left-back.

Tottenham Hotspur has agreed to a loan move with Villarreal for Arnaut Danjuma.

Bournemouth initially expressed interest in Danjuma before a deal with Everton looked close.

Danjuma has scored 22 goals in 51 appearances for Villarreal since his move from Bournemouth in 2021.

Manchester United are pursuing a loan deal with Chelsea for Christian Pulisic.

Politic has two years remaining on his contract. According to sources, he has grown frustrated at his limited game time.

Juventus and Atletico Madrid have also expressed interest in Pulisic. 

Barcelona and Aston Villa are in talks to make Philippe Coutinho's loan move permanent. 

Villa have an option to sign Coutinho for €40 million at the end of the season but are not willing to invest at that level. Villa are trying to negotiate a reduced fee of around €20 million.

Antonio Conte is attempting to make Tottenham Hotspur's loan of Dejan Kulusevski from Juventus permanent.

Spurs signed Kulusevski in January on an initial 18-month deal worth €10 million with an option for a permanent transfer set at €30 million.

Kulusevski has three goals and six assists in 11 Premier League appearances, forming a three-man attack with Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min.

Newcastle could turn to Dele Alli of Tottenham Hotspur if they're unable to reach a loan deal with Manchester United on a loan for Jesse Lingard.

Alli has fallen out of favor under Antonio Conte at Spurs. Alli’s career has stalled in the past two years and his days at Spurs look numbered. 

Manchester United has agreed to loan Anthony Martial to Sevilla for the rest of the season.

Sevilla will pay a €6 million fee while also covering his remaining salary.

Martial received interest from a number of other clubs, including Tottenham and Newcastle, but Sevilla were his first choice.

Aston Villa has agreed to sign Philippe Coutinho on a loan from Barcelona until the end of the season.

Five Premier League talks held talks with Coutinho's camp.

Coutinho will play for his former Liverpool teammate Steven Gerrard.
