Barcelona have completed their signing of Memphis Depay on a free transfer.

The 27-year-old will join Barcelona in June.

Depay is Barcelona's fourth signing this summer after Sergio Aguero, Eric Garcia and Emerson Royal.

Depay scored 76 goals in 178 matches for Lyon. 

Paris Saint-Germain has agreed to a three-year deal with Georginio Wijnaldum on a free transfer.

Wijnaldum decided not to extend his contract with Liverpool. Barcelona and Bayern Munich also pursued Wijnaldum.

Sources close to the negotiations said that the Ligue 1 side offered to double the terms agreed with Barca, and a phone call from coach Mauricio Pochettino also helped persuade Wijnaldum to change his mind.

Aston Villa have agreed to buy Emi Buendia from Norwich City for over $42 million.

The fee could rise as high as $56 million with add-ons.

The 24-year-old playmaker had been tracked by Aston Villa and Arsenal.

Buendia scored 15 goals and had 16 assists in the Championship last season. 

Barcelona has recalled Emerson Royal from Real Betis for a fee of €9 million.

Emerson, 22, becomes the third player to make the move to Camp Nou this week following the arrivals of Manchester City duo Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia.

Emerson has become a regular at right-back over the past two years at Betis.
