Alvaro Morata has signed an extension with Juventus that runs through 2020.

Morata's previous deal only went through 2019.

Morata has struggled this season after an outstanding 14-15.

Massimiliano Allegri said: "Morata is an extraordinary player and needs to remain calm. 

"I ask a lot of him, but the same goes for the rest of the team." 

Gary Cahill has agreed to sign a four-year contract extension with Chelsea.

Cahill is just 17 days away from turning 30 and the club's policy on limiting extensions to just 12 months for players 30 and over would have kicked in.

“I’m really pleased to commit my future to Chelsea and it’s great the club has put their faith in me,” he said. “I have achieved a lot here and I hope I can keep on learning, helping the team and lifting trophies over the next four years.”
