Newcastle announced the signing of 21-year-old Kyle Scott from Chelsea.

Scott is a former US U20 international.

Scott made his Chelsea debut in February 2018.

Liverpool have completed the signing of 16-year-old Harvey Elliott from Fulham.

Elliott is the youngest player to feature in a Premier League match having made his debut earlier this season.

Elliott was linked with Barcelona and Real Madrid.

FC Cincinnati have appointed Ron Jans as their new manager, according to Jeff Rueter and Sam Stejskal of The Athletic.

The club fired Alan Koch earlier this season.

Jans and general manager Gerard Nijkamp previously worked together at PEC Zwolle.

Inter Miami CF made their first signings in team history in the Argentine teenage duo Matias Pellegrini and Julian Carranza.

Pellegrini played for Estudiantes, while Carranza was at Banfield.

Miami will join MLS in 2020. 

Ravel Morrison agreed to a one-year contract with Sheffield United following a successful trial.

Morrison played with Ostersund in Sweden last season.

Morrison is the fourth player United signed this summer, following Luke Freeman, Phil Jagielka, and Callum Robinson.

Liverpool have officially signed Divock Origi to a long-term deal.

The 24-year-old signed from Lille in 2014. He has scored 28 goals in 98 matches with the club.

“[I want] to keep progressing and trying to maximise the potential and talent I have each and every day. At the end of my career I want to sit back and be proud that I used all of my gifts and talents. I think the next years are going to be very special – prime years, maybe – and I’m going to try to use them to the fullest," said Origi.

Adrien Rabiot has officially signed with Juventus on a free transfer from PSG.

The 24-year-old was dropped from PSG's first team in December following a contract dispute.

Rabiot signed a four-year deal worth $7.9 million with Juventus. 

Diego Godin signed a three-year contract wit Inter.

Godin was signed for a free after his contract expired with Atletico Madrid.

Godin won seven trophies in his nine year career with Atleti.
