Marcus Rashford has agreed to sign an extension with Manchester United through 2020.

“I am delighted to have signed a new contract,” said Rashford, an 18-year-old academy graduate who scored eight goals for United last season having made his debut for his boyhood club in the Europa League win against FC Midtjylland at Old Trafford in February, when he struck twice.

Rashford also scored within three minutes of his senior England debut, in the 2-1 friendly victory against Australia at the Stadium of Light on Friday.

“I have always been a Manchester United fan so to be playing in the first team really is a dream come true. I am grateful for having the chance to prove myself. To be able to play football at the biggest club in the world means everything to me and my family.”

Sergio Busquets has agreed to an extension with Barcelona through at least 2021. The deal could extend to 2023 if Busquets makes a certain number of appearances. 

Busquets' contract has a buyout clause of £152 million.

Busquets is widely considered the world's best defensive midfielder.

Manchester City had interest in Busquets with the arrival of Pep Guardiola.

Saul Niguez has agreed upon a contract extension to remain with Atletico Madrid until 2021.

Saul received interest from several other clubs.

"I am very happy to continue to defend this shirt," Saul said after signing the deal.

Atletico sporting director Jose Luis Caminero added: "We are all very happy with the agreement reached with Saul, who is an excellent footballer.

"He has been trained in our academy and reinforces our commitment to the players in the club."
