Guillermo Ochoa has signed with Malaga of La Liga.

Ochoa's contract at Ajaccio expired at the end of last season, and with the French club relegated to Ligue 2, he was eager to find a new club after an outstanding World Cup for Mexico.

Mexico's only first-team goalkeeper playing in Europe, Ochoa led the French top flight in saves each of the past three seasons.

Danny Rose has signed a five-year contract with Tottenham Hotspur.

The future of the 24-year-old left-back was in doubt after Tottenham acquired Ben Davies last week.

“Ben Davies is important for us because he’s good competition for Danny Rose on the left side,” Mauricio Pochettino told the Spurs website. “He’s a young player but he has good experience in the Premier League.”

Ross Barkley has signed a four-year extension with Everton to keep him at the club through 2018.

Barkley will reportedly earn £65,000 per week.

Barkley is a 20-year-old midfielder that also played for England in the World Cup.

Everton has signed Muhamed Besic on a five-year deal believed to be worth €5 million.

Besic, a 21-year-old midfielder, featured for Bosnia in the World Cup and arrives from Ferencvaros.

"Muhamed is a young footballer who has developed massively in the last two seasons. He has been playing as a centre-half and as a defensive midfielder at an incredible level," Martinez told the club's official website.

"What he did with Bosnia-Herzegovina in the World Cup, he showed that he is a really mature footballer, that he covers the ground really well, that he is very dynamic and technically very gifted.

"He is bringing us really good strength in an important part of the side."

Real Madrid has signed 18-year-old Brazillian left-back Abner Felipe Souza de Almeida.

Abner was a first-choice member of the Brazil Under-17 squad. Abner tore his ACL last year, which ruled out a move to Roma but he's now healed.

Abner has been compared to Roberto Carlos.

Bojan Krkic from Barcelona has signed with Stoke City on a four-year deal.

Stoke’s manager, Mark Hughes, told the club’s website: “Anyone who knows European football will be aware of him as a player and the fact that he sees his future at Stoke City is really exciting and an endorsement of the club itself.

“He’s desperate to prove himself in the Premier League and we’re pleased to be able to offer him that platform.”

Frank Lampard has officially signed with New York City FC on a two-year contract.

Lampard, 36, left Chelsea after 13 seasons and 211 goals.

Lampard signed a one-year contract extension with the Blues in May 2013 after mulling over a move to the Los Angeles Galaxy.

“Why not chose New York City? It’s a very exciting challenge for me in life terms," said Lampard.

“I’ve seen a real long-term plan and I wanted to be part of that. I want to test myself, I want to carry on challenging myself. It was a good time for myself and Chelsea that I moved on.”

Karim Benzema has agreed upon a four-year contract extension with Real Madrid to increase his salary to €8 million.

Benzema and Real Madrid have been working out the details of the contract extension for several months and have finally agreed to give Benzema his first contract extension and pay raise since he originally signed with the club from Lyon in 2009.

Guillermo Ochoa has verbally agreed to join Atlético Madrid, according to reports out of Mexico.

Ochoa will replace Thibaut Courtois, who is going back to Chelsea.

Ochoa was out of contract and is coming off an outstanding World Cup.

Hugo Lloris has signed a new five-year contract with Tottenham.

A statement on Spurs’ website read: “We are delighted to announce that Hugo Lloris has committed his future to the club with the signing of a new five-year contract.”

“I spoke with the chairman [Daniel Levy] and I know the club is as ambitious as ever,” said Lloris. “It’s very important to feel at home at a club and for my family to feel well. I enjoy a great relationship with the club and the fans.

“The arrival of Mauricio Pochettino is important as well. I have a good feeling with him. He is also ambitious.

“Everything is clear in my head and if I’ve signed a new contract it’s because I trust the club and I’m sure we will progress in a positive way.

“Last season wasn’t the season we all hoped for but we were still able to finish sixth in the league. We know where we have to improve, the club also knows and there is a feeling and a confident connection between the club and the players.”
