Neymar will undergo surgery later this week in Brazil. Neymar suffered a sprained ankle and a cracked fifth metatarsal on Sunday.

"After an initial treatment period of three days, in line with a strict medical protocol," a PSG statement said. "A joint decision has been taken between the medical staffs of both PSG and the Brazil national team.

"In accordance with the player, it has been decided that Neymar will undergo surgery in Brazil at the end of this week.

"He will be operated on by doctor Rodrigo Lasmar and accompanied by PSG's Professor Saillant."

Neymar is expected to be out six to eight weeks.

Kingsley Coman is expected to miss the remainder of the season with ankle surgery.

Coman was injured in a collision with Mathew Leckie during Saturday's match.

Coman has made 32 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring seven goals.

Coman's status for the World Cup is now in doubt.

Neymar suffered a fractured metatarsal in his right foot and will undergo surgery.

Neymar is expected to be out until at least May, which will be just one month before the start of the World Cup.

Gabriel Jesus missed 10 weeks for Manchester City with the same type of injury last season.

Neymar was stretchered off in the 77th minute of Sunday's match after rolling his right ankle.

Neymar scored two goals before the injury after he nearly was left out of Paris Saint-Germain's XI due to illness. 

A false step while tracking back saw his right ankle roll over despite suffering no contact. Neymar stayed on the ground for an extended period.

Jordan Morris has suffered a torn ACL in his right knee.

The Seattle Sounders have yet to confirm the injury.

Morris was injured in the Sounders' first game of the year on Thursday, a 2-1 defeat to Santa Tecla in El Salvador in the CONCACAF Champions League.

Morris missed the end of the MLS regular season after suffering a hamstring injury in September.

Mesut Ozil is sick for the fourth time in just over a year.

"Ozil's immune system is a bit in trouble at the moment and I don't know why. I hope we can improve that medically," said Arsene Wenger.

Ozil will miss Thursday's Europa League match against Ostersunds.

Wenger said Ozil was set to "work hard" on Thursday in order to be fit for Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.

"He should be OK for Sunday," Wenger said.

Toni Kroos will be out at least two weeks with a knee injury.

Kroos suffered the injury in Wednesday's Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain.

Kroos could return for the return leg on March 6th.
