Luis Suárez denied rumors of a move to Spain as well as suggestions of a release clause in his contract.

Suárez was at a sponsor's event for 888 Poker in Barcelona and was asked if he might be on the move from Liverpool.

"My head now is focused on the World Cup," said Suárez. "I had a very good season with Liverpool but now I am focused on the World Cup. Everyone knows that there is always too much media speculation."

He was then asked if there is a clause in his contract that allows him to leave for Madrid or Barcelona. Suárez replied: "No, no, not as far as I am aware. There is no clause that suggests a priority for a specific team."

Still the questions came. Would you like to play with Neymar and Messi? "Everyone knows they are great players." Do Barcelona need a No. 9 and could you fit in their system? "I'm not the coach. They know what they need. I have a contract with Liverpool."
