Manchester United has completed a permanent transfer of Alexis Sanchez to Inter Milan that will save the club approximately £40 million ($52.6 million) in wages.

Sanchez has two seasons at approximately £390,000 per week left on his contract.

Sanchez’s exit helps to clear the way for the anticipated signing of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
