Tottenham confirmed the signing of Ryan Sessegnon at the end of the transfer deadline, in addition to adding Giovani lo Celso on loan from Real Betis.

Sessegnon's transfer fee to Fulham could rise to $36 million.

Sessegnon signed a five-year contract with the club.

Josh Onomah moved to Fulham as part of the transfer deal.
