Inter Milan would like to open up talks with Branislav Ivanovic in January over a two-year contract.

Ivanovic is entering the final six months of his Chelsea contract and they have yet to offer him new terms.

Sources have told ESPN FC that Ivanovic is happy and settled at Chelsea, but is frustrated by the club's policy to only offer one-year extensions to players over 30.

Roberto Mancini is a big fan of Ivanovic and is ready to offer him the security of a two-year deal to make the move to the San Siro.
