The future of Toni Kroos at Bayern Munich has been uncertain for several months, but his agent insists he will remain with the club amid rumors of a transfer to Manchester United, Real Madrid or elsewhere.

David Moyes has heavily scouted Kroos and identified him as United's top transfer target.

Kroos is out of contract with Bayern in 2015.

"We are confronted with a variety of rumors for months but at the moment I believe that Toni plays in Bavaria until 2015 at least," said agent Volker Struth.

"Toni Kroos will definitely still be playing for us next season," Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told the Munchner Merkur newspaper last week. "Furthermore, we want him to carry on wearing our shirt beyond 2015."
