Arsenal has agreed upon a £10.9 million fee with Chelsea to acquire Petr Cech.

Cech lost his spot as Chelsea's regular keeper last season to Thibaut Courtois.

Arsenal rotated David Ospina and Wojciech Szczesny last season.
