Horst Heldt, sporting director of Schalke, says the club has no interest in signing Lukas Podolski, Andre Schürrle or Xherdan Shaqiri.

All three players have been linked to moves from their respective clubs due to a lack of playing time.

"We're not considering Andre Schürrle at all," Heldt told Sport Bild magazine, "and the same goes for Xherdan Shaqiri and Lukas Podolski."
