Edinson Cavani is close to signing a two-year deal with Manchester United.

Cavani, currently a free agent, could travel to England for a medical on Sunday.

United reportedly are still in the running to sign Jadon Sancho, with Ousmane Dembele and Lucas Ocampos seen as backup options.

Both Chris Smalling and Diogo Dalot could leave United before the transfer deadline.
