Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Kieran Tierney from Celtic.

The two clubs must negotiate a transfer fee as Arsenal want to offer no more than $22.8 million, though Celtic rates him at over $31 million.

Unai Emery sees Tierney's ability to attack in the same mold as Liverpool's Andy Robertson.
