PSG are said to be in negotiations with Donny van de Beek, according to Canal Plus France.

There has been no mention of a potential transfer fee for Van de Beek. 

With Frenkie de Jong already signed to Barcelona, Ajax are expected to lose Matthijs de Ligt in addition to Van de Beek.
