A move by several leading UK bookmakers to suspend betting on Antonio Conte losing his job with Chelsea earlier on Thursday prompted speculation he could be soon fired.
A club source said that the speculation is "utter nonsense."
Conte was hired this past summer by Roman Abramovich. Abramovich was a regular visitor to Cobham training centre in the week after losses to Liverpool and Arsenal.
Chelsea responded on the pitch by beating Hull City 2-0 at the KC Stadium, with Conte's shift to a 3-4-3 formation rewarded.
