Rafa Benitez will become the next manager of Real Madrid, according to a report.

Benitez is currently manager of Napoli, but he's been expected to leave this summer.

Benitez was manager of Liverpool from 2004 until 2010 after having success at Valencia.

Benitez also managed at Chelsea following the firing of Roberto Di Matteo in 2012.

In a 2009 piece from Side Lowe, Benitez's history with Real Madrid was outlined. Benitez was born and raised in Madrid, but was never quite good enough to play for Real Madrid. Benitez was an assistant for Vicente Del Bosque during the 93-94 season, but he didn't last long before going back to Real Madrid B. This is where Benitez developed a reputation for his attention to detail and he is credited with spotting Raul for Real Madrid.
