Chelsea and Atlético Madrid have officially agreed upon a £35 million transfer for Diego Costa.
Costa had eight goals and one assist in nine Champions League appearances last season, while scoring 27 times in 34 matches in La Liga.
Costa, 25, has become one of the world's best finishers and is an extremely physical striker. Costa did, however, battle injury issues during the end of the 13-14 season.
