Tottenham Hotspur have agreed to a €60 million ($67 million) transfer with Real Betis to sign Giovani Lo Celso.
The deal for Lo Celso came together after Spurs failed to complete transfers for Philippe Coutinho and Paulo Dybala. Dybala and Spurs were unable to agree to salary terms.
The future of Christian Eriksen, meanwhile, appears no closer to being resolved.
