Barcelona has signed 16-year-old Louie Barry to a three-year contract.
Barry's deal with West Brom expired last month and he had drawn interest from Barcelona, PSG, Bayern, Manchester United and Juventus.
Barry was set to sign with PSG last week before a last-minute intervention from Barcelona saw him reverse course.
Barry has scored 19 times in 18 appearances for England at youth level and will link up with the club's U19 team later this month, who play in the UEFA Youth League.
Barry will live at Barcelona's La Masia.
