Chelsea have completed a £21.1 million transfer with Barcelona for Pedro.

Pedro has agreed upon a four-year deal with Chelsea.

Manchester United had been interested in Pedro all summer, but Louis van Gaal was never 100 percent sold on how he'd perform for his side.

Chelsea have long been interested in Pedro and Mourinho considered a move for him last January.

Chelsea’s successful offer was of £19 million, with the remainder due in add-ons, Barcelona have confirmed.
