Karim Benzema is staying at Real Madrid this summer amid reported interest from Arsenal, Rafa Benitez has confirmed.

AS reported on Sunday that Arsenal had set aside €65 million to sign Benzema.

Speaking to reporters ahead of the Audi Cup tournament in Germany, Benitez told reporters: "My answer is that I think Benzema is going to stay with us. I'm very happy with him. There's no reason to think that he's going to go."
