Erik ten Hag said that he expects Juventus to defend deep to protect their away goal lead in the second leg of their Champions League clash.

"Juventus are different to Real Madrid, we already discussed that before the first leg, as they have a different style of football. Last week, we controlled the game, but were unable to score more than one goal. I expect Massimiliano Allegri to make some changes and defend deeper, but we must do better and surpass our limits," said the Ajax manager.

Ten Hag added that his side will not pay extra attention to Ronaldo, who scored in the first leg.

"We won't put a man-marker on Cristiano Ronaldo, that's something we never do," he added.
