Chelsea have not ruled out the possibility of staying at Stamford Bridge until 2020 due to delays in their stadium redevelopment project.

Chelsea would need to vacate to a temporary home for three years before returning to a new 60,000-seat venue.

Wembley remains Chelsea's first choice on the list of possible temporary homes and these delays mean there is less likely to be any overlap with rivals Tottenham's tenure.

The plan is estimated to cost £500 million.
