Manchester United had just 35 percent of the possession in their 0-0 draw on Monday at Liverpool, which is the lowest figure for the club since 2003 when it began to be reported.

Jose Mourinho questioned the accuracy of the statistic in the match.

"I've just been told it was not 35 percent. It was 42 percent. That is from our guy," said Mourinho.

Mourinho also talked about how United limited Liverpool's shots under his watch in this match compared to Louis van Gaal last season.

"Last season United won here and Liverpool had 14 shots and United had one. Today Liverpool two shots? With 65 percent of possession you have to be critical of Liverpool not us. That is their problem not our problem."
