The United States has purchased more than three times as many World Cup tickets than those in any other nation with the exception of Brazil.

FIFA said Tuesday that of the 2,577,662 tickets allocated for this year's tournament, 1,041,418 have gone to people in Brazil. The U.S. is second at 154,412, followed by Australia (40,681), England (38,043) and Colombia (33,126).

Prices range from $90 to $175 in the first round, other than the opener. They go up to $440 to $990 for the final in Rio de Janeiro on June 13.
