Arsenal responded to their 2-1 loss a week ago against Manchester United with a 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League and a 1-0 win at West Brom.

Arsene Wenger's status at the club is under fire from supporters, as there was a banner that read "Arsene, thanks for the memories but it's time to say goodbye."

Wenger remains convinced the club is moving in the right direction.

"The most important thing is that we are internally very united," said Wenger.

"Our job is to be competitive and to fight, and that's the way we can do our job by being united, it's what we are.

"We are creating something special inside the club, and that has to come out through performances and games won.

"Our job is to win football games and that's what we want to do. And that's the best way to unite everybody."
