Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has launched a YouTube channel offering an intimate look at his daily routine, recovery methods and 6,000-calorie diet that fuels his remarkable scoring form. The 27-minute debut episode reveals the Norwegian's meticulous approach to nutrition and physical maintenance behind his 24 goals in 14 games this season.

The video opens with Haaland visiting Greenoaks Farm in Cheshire, his personal supplier of premium meats and raw milk. He purchased three tomahawk steaks, multiple cuts of beef, four jars of honey and two cartons of milk during the farm visit.

Haaland's diet centers on high-fat meats, raw milk and sourdough bread. The striker also consumes kebabs, tacos and slow-cooked brisket alongside his staple meals of steak and potatoes, making his 6,000-calorie daily intake surprisingly relatable.

The Manchester City forward's day includes extensive work with sports therapist Mario Pafundi, who has improved Haaland's groin flexibility significantly over three years. Sessions involve stretching, foam rolling and infrared therapy to increase blood flow and muscle relaxation.

"One little drop makes a hole in the rock," Pafundi said, describing his gradualist approach to keeping Haaland fit.

Haaland performs ice bath and sauna sessions four to five days per week at his home facility. The cold-hot combination serves both physical and mental benefits for the 25-year-old.

"It's good for the mind. You're achieving something you don't want to do," Haaland said.

Unlike many elite footballers who employ private chefs, Haaland prepares most of his own meals. He learned to cook independently at 16 when his father, former City player Alf-Inge Haaland, left him to manage daily responsibilities after moving to Molde.

The striker appears alongside girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen, a childhood friend from Bryne, Norway, during cooking segments. The pair showcase their dynamic while preparing meals in Haaland's kitchen.
