Youri Tielemans has officially joined Leicester City for a club-record fee of $50 million.
The 22-year-old Tielemans joined Leicester on loan from Monaco last January, with Adrien Silva headed to Monaco.
Leicester have spent close to $90 million on transfers this summer.
