Laurent Blanc has signed a one-year extension with Paris Saint-Germain to remain as manager through 2016.
The former Bordeaux and France coach had promised that the two-year contract he signed last summer would be extended upon completion of the goals set him when he succeeded Carlo Ancelotti.
PSG won the Ligue 1 title, but were eliminated in the Champions League quarterfinals.
"I'm very happy to extend my commitment to Paris Saint-Germain and commit myself long-term to contributing to the most ambitious project in Europe," said Blanc.
