Enzo Maresca is credited with West Ham's surprise win over Chelsea last month and is in line to take over for Manuel Pellegrini.

Pellegrini could be fired if West Ham loses to Southampton. Pellegrini has 18 months and £7 million per season remaining on his contract.

Maresca is respected by the players and is building a good reputation with the club.
