Romelu Lukaku's contract extension with Everton is 99.9 percent complete but he could still not remain with the club in the long-term.

Lukaku's current deal runs through 2019 but he's set to become Everton's first £100,000 per week player.

Chelsea and Juventus were interested in Lukaku in the summer.

"With Everton, we have 99.9 percent reached terms," agent Mino Raiola told talkSPORT. "We are talking to the club in a good spirit so we are very hopeful. There are no problems on the way that I foresee. I don't see any big problems. It is a question of putting the details on the paper."
