Antonio Conte wants Juan Cuadrado and Radja Nainggolan on Chelsea next season.

Conte has agreed to replace Guus Hiddink at Chelsea next season though a deal is not completely finished.

Cuadrado joined Chelsea from Fiorentina last January for £23.3 million but struggled under Jose Mourinho and he was loaned out to Juventus before the current season. Cuadrado regained his form with Juve and has played a huge role in their success this season.

Conte tried to sign Cuadrado when he was manager of Juventus.

Roma are likely to ask for up to £28 million for the Nainggolan, who joined for £5 million from Cagliari in 2014. Nainggolan would help Chelsea reinforce their midfield.
