Karim Benzema has criticized "clowns" making claims about his potential transfer from Real Madrid to Arsenal.

Benzema has been linked to Arsenal throughout the summer as he would seemingly be an ideal fit.

"For all those clowns who want to make believe things at my fans. Here this is my home," wrote Benzema as the caption to a photo of himself in front of his Real Madrid locker.

Benzema's role within Rafa Benitez's system has yet to be determined.
