Louis van Gaal has said Adnan Januzaj is not for sale and that he wants to keep Javier Hernandez at Manchester United.

Both winger Januzaj and striker Hernandez have been tipped to leave United, but Van Gaal is adamant he wants to keep both.

"He is not for sale," Van Gaal told a news conference, before explaining Januzaj's omission by saying: "I have 28 players and I have to select, and last week I chose other players. He is doing his utmost best."

Hernandez, who spent last season at Real Madrid and is in the last 12 months of his contract, was a target for Orlando City and has been linked with Tottenham and West Ham.
