Manchester City hope to sign a midfielder and full-back to their squad for next season in addition to their vaunted addition of Erling Haaland. 

City will lose Fernandinho this summer while Gabriel Jesus is expected to leave.

City, however, expect Ilkay Gundogan to remain with the club.
