Tottenham Hotspur are confident they will ultimately sign Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg despite Everton having accepted a £25 million bid from Everton.

Hojbjerg was stripped of the Southampton captaincy after making it clear that he would not extend his deal with them.

Southampton want to sign Kyle Walker-Peters on a permanent basis from Tottenham.
