Real Madrid have agreed to sign Ferland Mendy from Lyon for €55 million ($63 million).

Zinedine Zidane had identified Mendy as Real Madrid's future left-back. Juventus and Manchester United also had interest in Mendy.

The arrival of Mendy will raise further doubt about the future of Marcelo.
