Jesse Marsch has been hired as manager of RB Salzburg.

Marsch will join from RB Leipzig, where he is an assistant.

"I am really pleased and feel honored to be able to work for this fantastic club as their next coach," Marsch said.

Marsch was hired by New York Red Bulls in January 2015 and named MLS Coach of the Year.
