Manchester United has issued their No. 10 to Marcus Rashford.

Rashford becomes the first United player to wear the shirt since Zlatan Ibrahimovic in December.

Wayne Rooney wore it for 10 seasons.

Rashford has already changed his shirt number once before, moving from No. 39 to No. 19 in 2016.

"He always wanted it," Jose Mourinho said. "He always respected Rooney and then Zlatan wanted to have it. Of course he was in the shadows waiting for the opportunity.

"The shirt is empty. It's something fantastic the kid, let's give it to him."
