While it is unusual for a player to move from Atletico Madrid to Real Madrid, Antoine Griezmann refuses to completely rule out the possibility.

Griezmann said earlier this week that he expects to remain with Atleti next season.

"I don't rule anything out, but I am happy at Atletico Madrid," said Griezmann.

According to L'Equipe, Madrid are planning to lure Griezmann to the club during the summer of 2018.

"I cannot say yes or no, otherwise I will be in the s---," he said. "You never know what will happen in football but jumping from Atletico to Real, I do not think it is very feasible.

"Very, very few players have done that, so I think it is dead [the idea]."

He added: "Eric Olhats, my sporting advisor, takes calls and speaks with me. We are happy to get these calls but for now, I am happy here and in a good mood.

"As I often say, I am here. When we speak about Real and Atletico, it is not good for the fans or the club. I continue to work hard, to enjoy my football and I am happy on the pitch as you saw today."
