Liverpool are now the favorites to win the English Premier League title with their 3-2 win over Manchester City.

Raheem Sterling and Martin Skrtel put Liverpool up 2-0 at halftime as Man City was dealing with the loss of Yaya Touré to injury after 19 minutes.

But Man City received a goal early in the second half from David Silva and then an own goal from Glen Johnson leveled the match at 2-2.

Coutinho scored the game-winner following an error from Vincent Kompany.

Jordan Henderson was sent off with a red very late in the match to add even additional intrigue to the closing minutes.

Liverpool is now five points clear of Chelsea (one game in hand) and seven clear of Man City (two games in hand).

According to ESPN's Soccer Power Index, Liverpool now have a 56.3 percent chance of winning the title compared to 34.6 percent for City.
