MLS clubs have increased in value by 30 percent on average with Atlanta United leading the list at $500 million.
The LA Galaxy and LAFC rank second and third at $480 million and $475 million respectively. The Seattle Sounders and Toronto FC round out the top-five.
The valuations from Forbes are for the team only and exclude stadiums and real estate.
The average MLS team is now worth $313 million.
