Jose Mourinho has received a six-month driving ban.
Mourinho was caught on a speed camera doing 60mph in a 50mph zone on the A3 in Esher, close to Chelsea’s training ground at Cobham, last September.
Mourinho already had nine points on his licence.
Mourinho was ordered to pay £1,820 in fines, court costs and surcharges at the hearing which he did not attend.
The court reportedly took Mourinho’s “significant income” into account. This year the Sunday Times Rich List put his fortune at £40m.
Mourinho is also an ambassador for Jaguar.
