Arsenal at Everton (Sun. 8:30 AM EST): The final spot in the Champions League is on the line with Arsenal traveling to Goodison Park on Sunday in the most critical match of the weekend in the Premier League. Everton trails Arsenal by four points with one goal in hand, so a win by either club could essentially clinch fourth place.

Arsenal defeated Everton 4-1 in the FA Cup in early March, but Everton has won five in a row in the EPL by taking care of West Ham, Cardiff, Swansea, Newcastle United and Fulham. Romelu Lukaku is playing as well as anyone not named Luis Suarez over the past month with goals in four of his past six overall matches.

Arsenal's draw against Manchester City was considered a step forward following the 6-0 loss to Chelsea and the 2-2 draw against Swansea, which shows how far they've fallen since Aaron Ramsey's injury on Boxing Day. Ramsey could return to the match and tilt the match in Arsenal's favor.

Real Madrid at Real Sociedad (Sat. 2:00 PM EST): The 3-0 result for Real Madrid against Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the Champions League will allow Carlo Ancelotti to prioritize this match a little more than he would have if there was more work left to do in the return match at Signal Iduna Park. Real Sociedad is in fifth place in La Liga and will look to improve upon their 1-5 result at Real Madrid back in November. Real Madrid will need all three points in San Sebastian to remain within striking distance of Atlético Madrid and Barça.

Seattle Sounders at Portland Timbers (Sat. 3:00 PM EST): The best rivalry in the MLS resumes on Saturday though the Timbers come into the match winless this season with two losses and two ties. These clubs last played in the Western Conference semifinals last November, which was won by the Timbers. But Portland will likely be without Darlington Nagbe due to a hamstring injury, while Donovan Ricketts won't be in goal due to suspension.

Clint Dempsey looked to be in good form in the USMNT friendly on Wednesday against Mexico and will be ready to go for this one.
